Starting her education and career path working at the University of Waterloo and, completing extensive training and comprehensive coursework in kinesiology and sports injury management. She graduated from the Massage Therapy Program In 1997 and started her career specializing in Athletic Massage, Sports Injuries and Rehabilitation.

Her love of massage, making people feel better and her strong roots sparked her enthusiasm to start her own clinic in her home town of Elora.

She has worked in various multi disciplinary clinics throughout her years of practice. Experienced in pain and scar release therapy Manual Lymph Drainage, pre and postnatal care, sports injury including kinesio taping, as well as cupping.
